Gas in keg

Can anyone help!! I don’t think there is any gas going into my keg through my coupler my beer is fobbing a lot and is pouring flat my cider which is off the same bottle of Co2 on a y adapter is fine…

    Switch the gas off on the secondary valve (the first valve that leads from the coupler), disconnect the coupler but then turn the gas back to the on position. If gas is coming out of the coupler then you know gas is reaching the container. If you have the equipment in a shed, there are a lot of questions to ask how quick are you drinking the container etc. Do you disconnect the container when not use etc etc. So many questions.
