The Three Second Pint -High Speed Beer Dispensing System

By

Ok!  I will accept it is needed in some venues, but when I order a pint I like to see it poured at a 45 degree angle forming into a nice head when it is presented. When it gets thrown into a glass in three seconds it looks like slop. I hope the three second pint never ever becomes the norm, I like to drink in a pub not some sort of drinking den, isn’t that what it is all about?

That looks pathetic.Take a look at the pint after it has been served, massive head and I suspect that a lot of the co2 in the beer has been lost causing it to be a bit flat.
Try serving a pint like that in a proper pub and you would be told where to go.

I worked for a rugby club in Chipstead Surrey as a Bar Manager and if i were to serve a pint with that head on it, they’d throw it back at me!!!!!!

Listen to the language in the background; that is a German bar. If you have ever been to Germany, you should know that a large head is part of the serving style. All things considered, that is probably an Oktoberfest bar….

Beer does not just have to be served the “English” way ^_^

So true old thing. Although perhaps some of our own retailers like serving pints the Tunonic way, with big heads on them… more for profit I suspect, than asthetics.
