Rebuilding Angram pump

I am rebuilding an Angram CO handpump. Service in my area is non existent, though I do have access to some parts. I believe I have things mostly sussed, though there is hardware in the upper piston plate that needs to be removed and reinstalled into the new replacement plate that has me a bit concerned. I’m certain I can remove it (it is a hose nipple/outlet and the threaded stud for the piston shaft). The stud appears to be simply “pressed” through the plate. Is this correct, and if so how would one reinstall this part into the new plate? Otherwise, everything else seems fairly straight forward. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
