All aspects of cellar management

Being a new chairman of a sports & social club and having no idea about cellar management, who would be the best person(s) to contact with a view to them coming out to the club and going through all aspects of our cellar management so we end up using best practise as what Ive seen so far of the staff & Commitee members way of doing things has been handed down over the years and may not be best practise.   1. Hi Steve, Good idea of yours to check over everything, equipment and staff training. Best bet would be to have a word with your brewery rep and see if they could send their quality assurance chap around. Tech services should as a matter of course also respond to any request you have for on site training, it’ what they are supposed to do. So give em a ring.
