How to change a keg 2HI

Recently got a home bar set up (draft fosters lager on 60/40  ) but unlikely to drink through the week.

Should i be disconnecting the keg between breaks or leave under pressure.

Also what pressure should i be pouring it at?

  1. In a word yes. To prevent Co2 absorption into the beer. Though you should use up the beer as quickly as possible because after a week it won’t taste as good as it should.

35psi is the normal working pressure.
